Item never arrived... Nor did the replacement
Item was allegedly delivered but I was in all day and there were no couriers attempting delivery. After multiple emails to try and get a refund they claim to have sent a replacement. Tracked it via the number provided and instead of Hertfordshire the item is in Belfast. Royal Mail confirm the address linked to the tracking number provided is NOT my address so they have either given the wrong tracking info or shipped my replacement to another incorrect address. Never ever buy anything from this company!!!!
