This review is just to say, thanks to Paul at Inkedjoy for his valuable help while I was trying Inkedjoy to be my POD partner for a business I would like to launch in the near future. I cannot say anything regarding the quality of their products as I have not tried ordering them. I have started uploading my branding. Somehow, things did not work fine with communications between me and Inkedjoy’s account manager. Branding payment wasn’t received, my logo wasn’t received, etc. etc. Though they have found the payment later, I have decided not to continue with my plans to partner with them. I must say thanks to Paul for helping me get back my refund for the branding and being there every time I needed help. The process of communication takes long because of the time difference between our locations, but Paul always responded. Thanks Paul. By the way, must thank Inkedjoy for giving me the chance to try their platform. WB
