You may have to email them for a tracking number.
They say 3-5 business days for shipping, but it's been 12 days and it hasn't even shipped. Do not recommend. *Update* I received my item in perfect condition. I guess the 3-5 days is shipping speed and not handling time, tricky tricky. Lol. So far it seems to work as advertised, but time will tell on it's benefits. I reached out to them via email and they did give me a tracking number, they just didn't give it to me once it shipped like a normal retailer would.
