Very hard to get hold of
UPDATE - After trying for a week to contact Trans UK about an undelivered parcel. I tried email and phone I eventually tracked down one of the owner's mobile numbers. Once I got through to Ian and Mark they were very helpful, but no customer should have to resort to such detective work. I have upgraded to 2 stars as they are sadly over a week behind on deliveries, whilst still accepting overnight delivery orders.
