Huge disappointment
Bought a cool pink Christmas tree in 2018. Used it twice. Didn’t put up a tree in 2020, as Covid dampened the Christmas spirit. Put the tree up this year. 70% of the lights don’t work. The entire bottom section doesn’t light. Half of the middle section doesn’t like. Some of the top section lights. Customer service said it sounds like a lighting malfunction. The customer service representative even encouraged me to go get a real tree, because I wouldn’t have to deal with a pre-lit tree with lights woven in to the tree branches. I don’t even know how to begin fixing this issue. 70% of the lights don’t work after three months of use. Don’t buy a tree from this place. Get a real tree, get separate lights. It’s just a huge waste of time and money and now this tree is going to wind up in a landfill.
