Issue with refund
I booked a LG 77" OLED TV and had to cancel it because I was not getting any updates from BuyDig. I called up customer care, initially they said, my credit card did not go through and they would retry. After couple of days, they said, it went through fine and they ll ship the TV. Couple days later they said the TV is shipped. All this while, I don't see any update in the order status page on their website. I call them again, they said they'll send me the tracking number. Another day went through, I received nothing. So, finally had to cancel it. Now, I'm being said, they ll refund me but I have to wait till the TV is returned back to them. I don't know where the TV is and when it will reach them. All I can do now is sit and wait. Horrible experience. Do NOT recommend them. They have removed the Billing and Shipping information from the order status page now.
