Highly recommended
I did the 200h TTC and the Pre&Post Natal TTC at the Vinyasa Yoga Ashram. The Ashram is very welcoming as are all the and teachers and staff members, everyone is always ready to help you and answer any questions or concerns. The rooms are comfortable and the food really delicious! Both paths taken greatly exceeded my expectations, I didn't just learn Yoga in its various forms, I experienced it and took it within me. I cannot be thankful enough for all that was given to me, and I will never stop inviting everyone to take this path! If you still have doubts, put them aside and go!
