Super great customer service! When the plugin I was using didn't work they were more than willing to not only refund me the cost of the plugin with NO HASSLE but they also offered me time with a developer and a screen share to help figure out the problem. So, what was originally a bad experience turned out to be a GREAT experience. The problem was solved and I'm happily using my new plugin!
