The overall experience was excellent.
The overall experience was excellent. All the people involved from the office workers to the movers were extremely professional and competent. I was guided and informed through all the stages of the process, and whenever I had a question the support personnel quickly answered me. All went as planned. The shipment arrived as scheduled and in perfect condition I will use Bollinger again if I have to do another shipment in the future
