CRAP company, Not worth the gamble
Never order from them. If your order has no issues you'll be fine. But if you happen to have an issue they WILL NOT fix it, even if it is their fault and not the fault of the shipper. It isn't worth the gamble. Had a defective product in my order. They didn't help make it right. They said I could return it at my own shipping cost and then order a new one and repay shipping on the new order. They also said I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee on my defective item. Why would I be paying a restocking fee for something damaged?? So they can send it out to another person? I ended up eating a huge cost in shipping considering I live outside the US. Essentially paid over half the cost of the item in shipping and fees, but didn't get a product in the end. I will NEVER be shopping with this company again.
