Camille T. I ordered ecb-2000PB-1A but they have sent me a wrong order they sent me a ECB2200PB-1Adf which so much different from what I ordered, I have emailed alot now still no response. Hoping they respond soon and sort it out! If citywatchesnz can't replace it refund me no charge of shipping or taking a bit from my money when it's clearly your fault. Will change review if resolved quick and properly. It's alot of money that I paid and citywatchesnz should honor it! They replied to my email but very uncertain wants to return product without us as a customer has no security. They want to return the product but they didn't mention if they going to sent the original product I ordered! BEWARE BUYING IN THIS WEBSITE ITS GOOD IF YOU GET YOUR PRODUCT RIGHT BUT IF NOT YOU HAVE TO REASSESS WHETHER TO RETURN AS YOU MIGHT NOT GET YOU MONEY OR YOUR ORDER BACK!
