This is just a way to get ppl to pay money for a month or two before cancelling. Imagine the money they'll make that way! I had movie pass before. Back then you could get someone to help you. But now? hahahahah! I have tried and tried to get customer service. They say hold on and then "conversation ended". They ask a question and don't give you time to respond before you get "conversation ended". It's all bots. They have pat questions and if your problem doesn't fit then you have to try everything they have and MAYBE, if you're LUCKY you will finally be able to write a message. But then they say to hold for a rep and the "conversation ended". I've got 34 credits and can't use them bc I can't get through to ask a simple question. Like, why isn't the movie I want to see at a theater that you cover NOT showing up on you app under that theater? Can't get through! I think I'm going to file a complaint with my charge card company to get my money back. Maybe I won't but at least I'll give them the same crap they've given me.
