All I wrote is the truth. It happened to me and no one of you care for fix these issues. Just gave me an stupid excuse, not make sense or reasonable answers. Thank you for your reply on it, it shows people a lot that you don’t fix an issues for your customers but just make an excuse on the problem. For what you replied back to me. It’s all explained why I need to write that reviews. Seems you don’t understand or trying to not understand or just ignore what I was saying. Read all what I reviewed or everything I wrote you a million times more. You might understand why I did it. You don’t solve the problems in smart way my friends. Told you. I don’t ask you for anything special, I don’t want you to get advantage on you. You no need to give me anything. You no need to treat me more special than another customer. BUT I don’t like people cheating or betray me. Don’t treat me like an idiot person. Don’t earning money in this way by not return money for shipping for a shortage product or asking more for it later on after your customers agreed and paid. I have been royalty for you since then. But you return me this problem. Solve what is the point of problem such as how to calculate the exact rate of shipping in your website. When the customer saw it and they agreed to pay it. That’s the final and you must take care of it or be responsible for it if something wrong happens later. Not your customers!!! ( that’s why I’m not willing to pay more when you asked me to pay) If you charge by weight, it must be by weight, not dimensions. If the product is shortage. You must return a money back for that shortage product and itself shipping fee. If you don’t return the shipping fee as in my cases (twice) it means you lied your customer to pay for full weight of products but you send them with a shortage weight which is not what the customer agreed to pay on the day they ordered it. (That’s why it’s not make sense that you don’t return me to the shipping fee for almost half of full order weight missing. Nihao replied = Hi All i reply is truth , my colleague explanied clearly First you purchased some earrings that with boxes, it occupied more space and the shipping company chagred us by the volumetrice weight not the dead weight,thats why the order have a shipping difference.The people who do international business know how the shipping company charge the shipping fee. ME= BUT YOU charged your customers by weight in your website. You let the customers choosing the shipping fee/types and paid for it on the day they ordered it. You can’t asking for more money for it. THIS IS THE WAY YOU ARE DECEIVING YOUR CUSTOMERS AND EARN MORE MONEY FOR THIS TRICKY THING. If you think the shipping fee calculation in your website is not right for you. What you need to do is fixing it to be the right calculation with your shipping company then put in your website when your customers will order it. BUT You just let it be and asking more money later or don’t return a money to your customers in this way. You show that you intend it to be in this way to deceive your customers to order and pay you a money then after 10 days you just ask for more money and can not cancel the order. It’s what the scam does. NIHAO replied = Second The shipping cost you originally paid for this order is not enough by itself what we need paid to the shipping company. We piad nearly about 80 US dollars to send out your package. And you are not willing to pay for the differenc but finnally we ship items to you without charge you anything so there is no shipping cost for shortage items ME= OF COURSE I AM NOT WILLING TO PAY BECAUSE I PAID WHAT I AGREED TO PAY ON THE DAY I ORDERED IT. IF THIS AMOUNT SHOWED ME ON THAT DAY, I WON’T ORDER IT DEFINITELY OR IF I AGREE WITH IT, I WOULD PAY SINCE THAT DAY. SO WHATEVER YOU PUT IN YOUR WEBSITE IS YOUR PROMISES THAT THE CUSTOMERS WILL GET WHATEVER THEY ORDERED AND AGREED TO PAY FOR A SHIPPING FEE WHICH COMES WITH THAT ORDER. IF YOU CAN NOT DO IT. IT MEANS YOU ARE A LIAR, A BIG LAIR 😡🤬
