I will said they are awesome. My miner got damaged for an unknown reason. They quickly help me troubleshooting and after all we couldn't get it to work. They send me an instruction to shipped back to their factory. And few days later they founded the problem. And replaced my miner with a new one, in just 2 weeks i got my case resulted.
