Happily surprised by Hainan Airlines
Had a good experience flying with Hainan. The seats were comfy enough in economy, the meals were tasty, and the onboard entertainment on offer was pretty good (especially the music selection). Considering how cheap the ticket was, I was happily surprised by the experience I had. The crew onboard were fantastic, very kind and helpful. I will definitely be flying with them again!
