Loyal customer since 2020 – Reliable products and excellent support
I’ve been using Oclean toothbrushes for nearly six years now. My first Oclean X Pro Elite (purchased in June 2020) lasted a full four years before the screen showed signs of wear. This far outlasted my previous Philips Sonicare brushes. I have been using Sonicare since 2006; however, its lifespan is typically 2 years on average. In 2024, I upgraded to the newer X Pro Elite and added an Oclean X10 for my wife. While the X Pro Elite continues to perform perfectly, the X10 recently experienced a battery issue. I reached out to their support team, and they have been fantastic—responsive, helpful, and currently arranging an upgraded replacement. Because of their product durability and top-tier customer service, I’ll definitely remain a loyal customer.
