"I am extremely outraged by Yoybuy's service. I bought a bicycle that was supposedly to be delivered in 4 days. Without any warning, they cancelled the order. After complaining, they extended the deadline by 15 more days, promising it would be fulfilled this time. To my surprise, they have cancelled it a second time. Now they tell me that 'in theory' it will arrive in a week, but I receive no clear information or real tracking numbers. I feel like I am constantly being stalled and they are playing with my money. It is unacceptable to sell a product, give a delivery date, and then systematically break your own promises. I demand an immediate solution: either ship my bike now or provide a full refund.
