Terrible customer service
I was very happy with my account till 5 days ago when it was locked with no explanation. I have contacted the customer service and I have still not received a response and my funds are frozen. The answer of the automatic chat is that probably I would abuse of the social bonus, but I hadn't claimed any bonuses. The work of the platform is great till you have a problem, in this case, you can be in a mesh.
