Worst vape products made. The customer service is awful. I had my aegis x for less than 3 months and it completely shot the bed. Tells me battery is too low even after putting full charged batteries in. Customer service wont do anything for me or help because i did not keep the outer sleeve of the box that came with it. Complete waste of money do not buy.
