BUYER BEWARE!!! NOT BBB ACCREDITED I bought a Greenworks battery operated power washer from Tanga in January. I live in Northern Illinois so had no reason to open and inspect the box (I bought it specifically to power wash the house.) I got around to opening it mid May and all looked good. UNTIL I went to hook it up to my hose. The connector was completely broken off leaving nowhere to connect the hose. THE WASHER IS USELESS. I emailed customer service (at one point with a supervisor) who refused to refund my money (a little over $70) or replace the item. (It was past the return policy.)Not even the offer for a credit. On their website, Tanga claims to inspect items to be sure they are in working order. Either this is COMPLETELY FALSE or someone on there end needs a new job. I have tried to figure out how to email the CEO (Andrew Young according to the BBB website) but so far no luck.
