No refund, poor customer service. Bought an auto tumbler heat press from them. The heat pad does not reach temp and is patchy at best. After ruining four cups at max temp for 400 seconds, I asked for a refund. I do get emails back, but each time they ask for more and more, What's the issue? send pictures, send video... Cheap, poorly made machines and zero customer service. Avoid them unless you're happy to throw money away.
