18k gold lost?
I’ve done multiple orders (100s of dollars) on this site that went through no problem on either side but this last time the gold deposits were in small increments throughout 2.5 days. I sold a lot in the AH so I contacted their live chat to see how much gold I had left in my order I was told 18k then the next day after receiving nothing I was told it was sent to my account already and there was a mistake. Maybe they need to consider sending the full amount in one transaction or at least within one day to avoid this confusion I will be taking my business elsewhere unfortunately.
