Exceptional Customer Service and so Fast
Bought a Mini Pro 4 in June 24 and had issues with the controller which froze when turned on. I contacted the company, and began the process for repair. They issued an online return label. I stuck the entire drone in a box, affixed the label and posted last Thursday. The Drone was received, fixed and returned to me on Monday and I got it today! Not only that, but they replaced the drone as well as the controller and sent me back the SD card too. Phenomenal Customer service.
