Dissapointed Experience/Unhappy Customer
I ordered shoes on May 20 and finally received them on June 5, not realizing they were shipping from Hong Kong. Unfortunately, the shoes didn’t fit. When I tried to return them for a refund, the company told me to keep them and offered only 20% of my money back. This is not the kind of customer service I expected. I strongly recommend others think twice before ordering from this company.
