I have contacted them to help me get a compensation for a delayed flight. I also made a complaint directly from the official website of the air company and managed to get a full refund. Told ClaimFlight that I have resolved the matter privately with the company and they requested money because they thought they had initiated the claim without giving me any proof. via email they threatened legal action against me, a private citizen, I highly recommend to stay away from this company.
