Good honest company
I will have to divide this review in 2 parts. Part 1: The printing department did a bad job and bureaucracy caused a huge delay in correcting it and sending me new books, which after many emails they finally came through. Part 2: Thanks to the interest taken by Kristylle I received new corrected books. She went out of her way to help me, although it seems she was not getting the necessary support from the printing department for a long while. The quality of the printed books deserve a 5-star rating, same rating I will give Kristylle for being a fantastic customer service oriented person, caring for the customers. All in all, because of the initial experience I cannot give ThePatchWork a rating higher than 3stars, but I do recommend anyone to use their services, first because of the support you will get from Kristylle, and second because we all deserve a second chance, especially because there were circumstances that were explained to me by Kristylle with honesty.
