Very generous
I ordered a bracelet for a dear friend but unfortunately she passed before it arrived ,I contacted Belovejewel and there customer service has been amazing, they are happy for me to choose another gift of the same value and get to keep the bracelet received which will be a special reminder of a dear friend, I would recommend anyone to buy from this company .
