I bought an item by mistake
I bought an item by mistake, i did not pay attention to the model number, so when I got it, it was not the same as I had. So I called customer service and told them that I wanted to exchange this model for the right one, which is more costly, but they said that I needed to return the item, they would be discounting 20% of the price for "re-stocking" and also the freight cost. So i will be losing between 30-35% of what I paid. Not fair. This is the reason why Amazon is the biggest seller and the best service. I wll never buy from you again.
