I like to set up at the site y'all are a little bit more expensive than everybody else which makes this next part exceptionally worse. Communication is absolutely horrible every single time I have purchased and ask any question I get one response in one response only delivery guy will be back in 3 hours even if I am not asking about the delivery I still get this response I don't know if it's an auto-response or if there's an actual human being behind it. I believe y'all should work better on the delivery time window and find a way to alert the person that the delivery is getting ready to take place. It is hard to expect people to be online for 3 hours straight hoping that somebody is going to send him a friend request and then meet them not everybody has time for that.
