Never again, Aukey
TLDR: Unless you buy directly from Aukey, you can forget about support. Bought a power bank (PB-WL02) while traveling which started to swell within months. The lack of battery cell management in a 10 000 mAh device is concerning, but the customer support when trying to have the device exchanged turned out to be utterly worthless. Direct quote of Aukey's mail, received after providing proof of purchase: "Dear Customer, Sorry, we only warranty the order from our store. And we are the manufacturer of the order from our store, as for your order, you need ask this question to the store you ordered. Thank you for your understanding. Regards, Customer Service Team"
