Alibaba is cheap, but at the price of lossing your hair
Alibaba keeps trying. But my experience is that they are not interested in dealing with after sales problems once their trade assurance expires. Any warranty issues are discussed by seller and buyer with no help, or very hard to find help from Alibaba. I have warranty claims but have given up.
This makes for an unpleasant experience when trying to find products again. Plus, the search alogarithm gets very tiring when trying to find a product, with many unrelated results.

Alibaba do not make it easy to follow up on warrenty claims
Alibaba should make it easier to resolve warranty claims after the end of their traded assurance (30 days after receiving a product).
I am having a bad experience with Rosen Solar, where they are insisting that there is nothing wrong with a battery I purchased, even when I provide evidence, they rudely tell me I'm doing it wrong, never offering information on how to test correctly. Terrible aftersales service, and Alibaba should hold its suppliers to a higher standard.
Alibaba do not make it easy to resolve issues.
