While Yoeleo provided a "local tracking number" on July 8th, the shipment has shown zero physical movement or transit updates since that date. Issuing a placeholder tracking number—merely to stall the customer without actually dispatching the goods—is an unacceptable commercial tactic. A brand positioning itself as serious and professional cannot operate with such an opaque modus operandi, which is fundamentally incompatible with the regulatory, transparency, and operational standards required by the European market. Should I not receive verifiable proof of actual physical handover to the courier within 48 hours, I will proceed with a formal report to the competent Trade and Consumer Protection Authorities for deceptive commercial practices, alongside the immediate activation of the financial chargeback procedure.
