Terrible experience for claims
Unresponsive for claims, not a trusted company. Claims submitted on 10 Jan and to date, ZERO RESPONSE. Called many times and customer service say they are still reviewing. It has been more than 1 month now. Worst of all, I did not even get an acknowledgement for the second claim i made. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THEM, NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL!
