I have 2 different JOVS items. The EMS mask and the EMS shorts. The EMS mask is incredible and really tightens my facial structure. I did recently have an issue with the shorts so I emailed the company. They replied within minutes and were very eager to help resolve my issue. I am extremely impressed with the customer service that JOVS provides to their customers. I 100% will be repeat customer. Great products and great service!
