I've ordered 3 bags from Elegous and each one is absolutely beautiful and perfectly constructed. When one of the bags I ordered wasn't available due to material shortage, customer service offered for me to select a different bag, and included a beautiful scarf with my order to make up for the change. Shipping was safe, secure and timely. Customer service is excellent! They were so kind and friendly, and they communicated with me via text about my orders and delivery. I will definitely order from Elegous again.
