Scam or terrible service
It's been a month and I still have not received my order. I contacted customer support and they literally told me to be patient despite the shipping tracking having no updates for 2 weeks. I don't think I'll ever receive my order or a refund at this point. Update - it's now been over 5 weeks and customer service is getting worse. They keep telling me to contact Evri but I did that and Evri told me to contact the sender to initiate a refund but this company appear to just refuse to take my request for a refund seriously. Avoid this business, they will steal your money. Their AI written replies to negative feedback here is just for appearences. Update 2 - It has now been 3 months since I placed my order. No package and customer support keep telling me to 'wait a few more days' every time I contact them. This is a full on scam. Do not give them you're money. Update 3 - It has been 3.5 months, customer service refuse to refund me, they just keep saying I have to wait longer and they provide no further information.
