No customer service & no updates on past-due refund!
Singapore airlines cancelled one of the flights I booked back in November 2021 and did not bother to inform me. I found out myself and asked for refund, waiting for 40 mins on the phone to get the refund done. I was told the refund will be back in my account in 6 weeks but no news at all. Horrible customer service with ridiculous waiting time & empty promises! Avoid this airline !!!
