As usual, they delivered and exceptional service
This was our fourth time using Top China Travel (TCT), and we already plan on using them again the next time our travels take us back to Asia. In an era where it can be difficult to trust online travel agencies, TCT has proven themselves to be consistently honest and reliable. From our very first trip, they assisted with every detail, suggesting itineraries, arranging hotels, and coordinating guides and transport. Because that first experience was so seamless, we returned for a second, third, and now a fourth trip, all of which were organized with exceptional service. Iris Wang has been instrumental in our loyalty to TCT. She is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and flexible with our requests and last-minute changes. We have come to trust her recommendations implicitly and have never been disappointed. Few agents can create such detailed, curated programs; everything is coordinated to perfection, resulting in a worry-free trip with guides who truly understand our needs. Thank you to TCT and especially to Iris Wang for helping us create such wonderful memories. We will definitely be in touch soon for our next adventure!
