Horrendous Wig From Luv Me Hair! I would post pictures if TP allowed, you have to see it to believe it! I purchased what appeared to be a beautiful blonde bob wig, very popular and heavily advertised. Having purchased from luvme before, I was horrified when the wig came with multiple exposed lumps and tracks hanging off the lace. I NEVER expected to receive such a horrendous wig from LuvMe. When I tried to get the wig replaced, customer service took three days to follow up with me and that was only because I threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau bureau. Awful wig and customer service. Beware! LuvMe will strike when you least expect it. ——————- After seeing LuvMe’s dishonest reply - let me reply: Your organization DID NOT reply within 24 hours. I sent a message through the customer service Live Chat and emails. You delivered a horrendous product and provided horrible cuatoner service. Stop the excuses and Do Better!
