I wish I could give 0 "zero" stars to this company. On 12/30/21, I went to the post office for an appointment with the acceptance agent and I was told that they cannot process applications without a letter of authorization. The website doesn't provide this letter, this company never mention it on their website so this service doesn't work. I wish I had time to check the reviews before I choose this company. 3.3 out of 5 stars.... Can't believe. Customer service is terrible. Lady on the phone was just yelling, she is trying to argue with you and she is so rude. I don't think they will refund my money back they stole my money but of course I have reported it to my bank already.
