I was told 2 hours for my purchase
I was told 2 hours for my purchase due to queue lines which was acceptable, ended up being closer to 4 hours with an excuse of funds not available (checked before order to ensure it was), not able to log in for 2 hours due to queue (friends in guild logged in within 35 min, an hour after I ordered), and their final excuse was that they only have one delivery representative for the NA servers. I would have not edited this post, but because of my mutual 'respect' given to me in the form of lies and false promises, I felt responsible that the customers getting your products should know just how they are to be responded to by your representatives.
