Greedy
I placed an order and there was a glitch so it charged me twice. I called the next day and left detailed message with customer service. I never heard back. I never record a credit or refund. I will never use this company again. I thought it was very wrong that they couldn’t cAll me back and try to solve the problem. Greedy!!!!
