Worst Courier Service In The World
I recently had a very unpleasant experience with Rider By TPL courier service. I had ordered a pair of shoes from Bata, and they were supposed to deliver it before Eid. Unfortunately, my order has still not arrived, and it's already the second day of Eid. When I tried to contact Rider By TPL's customer service, I was met with nothing but frustration. Their phone lines are automated, and their online chat support is never available. It's apparent that Rider By TPL does not care about its customers or their satisfaction. What's worse is that Bata, a reputed company, relies on this terrible courier service for their deliveries. It's disappointing to see a company like Bata partnering with a courier service that fails to meet basic standards of customer service and reliability. Overall, I would not recommend Rider By TPL to anyone looking for a reliable courier service. Their poor customer service and inability to deliver orders on time make them a company to avoid.
