Their customer service is amazing! I got a defective air conditioner fan from them and they sent me a new one with no charge. The customer support team was very nice and accommodating in getting me a new one. The product itself still has a few faults, but it's very cute and I just have to applaud Thunlit's genuine desire to help their customers.
