Almost a month later and still have not received anything.
I ordered a custom throw blanket on 11 Decmber, with delivery guaranteed before Christmas. I even paid extra for the "VIP" service. It is January 5 and have still not received anything. I contacted the customer service multiple times and received a response offering me a 10% discount. I said that the discount will now not even pay for the shipping to forward the late christmas gift. I received a response saying they will offer 20% discount and contact the shipper. The next day, the shipper marked my package as delivered. I have initiated a chargeback through my credit card, this company is not to be trusted at all.
