Worst shoping experience I have ever had
WORST courier experience in 20 years. After 34 days from the shipment I still have NOT RECEIVED my order!!! No shipping email, no tracking, no message at all. When I checked my account, there was just a pop-up saying delivery failed due to "wrong address". I try to contact the courier to pick it up myself, but is not possibile if you have no Chinese phone number. The adress was correct and nobody ever contacted me about a shipment problem or a failed delivery. No communication, no answer, no delivery. Absolutely unacceptable!
