Due to the heavy customs workload this month, especially around the customs changes in Europe from 01.07.2026, my parcel arrived with a slight delay. This made me a bit impatient and concerned at some points, because the tracking information was not always clear.
However, the Sugargoo team handled the situation with patience, professionalism, and continuous support. They responded to my questions, checked the shipment status, and kept me updated until the parcel finally arrived.
Today I received the package, and everything was complete, safe, clean, and in excellent condition. As always, the packaging was extremely professional. My sensitive electronic parts were packed very carefully and all items arrived without any damage.

However, I must say that after confirming my purchase, the processing was immediate. They even sent me a photo of one of the items that had already arrived at their warehouse, which I highly appreciate.
So far, I am impressed with their speed and transparency, and I am giving them a full 5-star rating for their efforts up to this point. I will continue to monitor their service to see if the shipment itself is completed with the same level of efficiency.
I have only one small suggestion: Instead of stopping the purchase process, it would be better to provide a warning before or during the checkout process about potential customs risks. This way, customers like me, who are fine with covering customs fees, can avoid unnecessary delays.

Everything was handled amazingly well. After confirmation, the purchase was processed quickly, and when it arrived at the warehouse, it was shipped on the same day upon request. Even the shipping cost was reduced, and the difference was refunded to me. They provided special packaging for a small fee, which gave me peace of mind about the safety of my parts. Excellent service! I highly recommend them, at least as long as they maintain this high level of quality.
