Scam defective and cheap
Horrible service and defective earrings. This company is a scam. Tried to work through thier ticketing system to correct the situation and the ticket was closed with no contact. Tried getting a refund through PayPal and they want the defective product sent back at an additional expense for a refund. Not only did they delay my business plans by providing a defective product but they have been shady in communicating and making me feel like I am in the wrong. The company looks legitimate but really is just a scam.
