Terrible Support, Shipping, and Price Increases
While the first time I used them, they had a great price on the product, however, the price of the product as increased 3x, despite this not being the case for other outlets for the product. Additionally, I placed an order on 12/23/21 and as of 1/8/22, the package has literally not even left the facility, despite a delivery date of 1/1/22. Yes, this could be "impacted by the holidays" but not to this extent, and definitely not for the shipment to have not moved. Lastly, I called the support team three times. The first time, I was third in line after waiting for 20 minutes, then I ended up asking for a callback. I waited for another hour, never receiving a call. I then called a second time, got to the front of the line, and was promptly hung up on. I then called a third time, got to the front of the line, and was promptly hung up on. I was finally able to get something done over the live chat and I was told I would be sent a replacement, but given the price increase, terrible shipment, and egregious support, I will be taking my business elsewhere
