Paid for the MobileTrans app but doesn't work and now tells me to download Wutsapper and pay more money!
downloaded the MobileTrans mobile app for the simple task of transferring my whatsapp data from Android to iPhone. Paid the full amount for a year subscription via google play store. App was set up and ready to transfer and elected to do a direct cable transfer with USB-C to Lightning cable. Cable not picked up and transfer doesn't happen. Then decided to try transfer via computer. It tells me to download Wutsapper Desktop app. It then proceeds to tell me I have to spend more money to pay for a Wutsapper subscription. This whole thing is such a mess and annoyingly somehow all roads seem to lead back to wondershare.. seems I'm stuck with them now so here's to hoping someone replies to me with a solution as I am a pissed off paying customer!
